Women's Tryout U15 and U18

As parent or legal guardian, I authorize the player to participate, understand that softball involves a risk of injury, and release the Mexican Softball Federation, its coaches and organizers from liability for injuries that occur during the activity, except in cases of gross negligence. I authorize emergency medical care if needed.
